
Warren Pray began his Edward Jones career in 1992, opening the firm's first office in Shawnee, KS. He continues to serve that community today.
In 1997, Pray became a Limited Partner with the firm and in 2003 was named Regional Leader working with more than 50 Financial Advisors in northeast Missouri including Kansas City North. Prior to becoming a Regional Leader, Pray served the firm as a mentor, mentor-trainer and recruiting leader. He has personally recruited more than 40 financial advisors to the firm. He was named General Principal in 2006.
Prior to coming to Edward Jones, Pray was Director of Communications and Public Relations at the National 4-H Council, Chevy Chase, MD, following his 13 years as an Assistant Professor at Kansas State University. Originally from Junction City, KS, Pray received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and his master's degree from Kansas State University.
Throughout his professional and personal life, Pray has served in various leadership and board responsibilities. Some of which are The Shawnee Area Chamber of Commerce, Shawnee Rotary Club, Shawnee Board of Zoning Appeals, Providence Hospital Board Audit Committee, the United Way, Manhattan Country Club and the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity.
