Design/Build
In the Design/Build role Harmon Construction, Inc. will be the single-source of responsibility for the owner. In this method Harmon Construction, Inc. will partner with the owner and will bring both design and trade professionals under its scope of work. Harmon Construction, Inc. will actively work with these professionals to provide cost estimates during the design phase ultimately saving both time and money for the owner. The Design/Build method provides a simple, fluid solution that result in faster project delivery at a lower overall cost.

General Contracting/Construction Management at Risk
Harmon Construction, Inc. has many years of experience and 1000’s of qualified subcontractors to competitively delivery your project. This solution sets a guaranteed maximum price for the project and is bid competitively to subcontractors from construction documents completed by the owner’s architect. The General Contractor or Construction Management at Risk method provides competitive figures for all trades associated with the project.

Integrated Project Delivery
This form of project delivery creates a team with Contractor and Architect. Integrated Project Delivery provides the timing and budgetary benefits of the Design/Build Delivery Method with the architectural checks and balances of the Construction Management at Risk Delivery Method.
