Tim Harmon founded Harmon Construction, Inc. in 1987. He firmly believes that the success of Harmon has come by Building Relationships Before Buildings. According to Tim, “When we work together as a team, good things always happen.”

Tim is a past President of the Shawnee Mission, KS, Rotary Club. He serves as a trustee for the National Housing Corporation (NHC) for Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity, and is also a board member for the same fraternity at Kansas State University. He serves on the Advisory Board for US Bank and is the past Chairman of the Shawnee Economic Development Council. Tim was the 2010 Chairman of the board for the Shawnee Chamber of Commerce and is a current board member of the Shawnee Area and the Olathe Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as an advisory board member for the Olathe Economic Development Council, and is a member of the Southwest Johnson County Economic Development Council. Harmon Real Estate Holdings LLC is developing a multi-building office/warehouse business park in Olathe, KS.

Tim holds his Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction from the University of Washington. He is also currently working towards his professional commercial real estate designation with CCIM. Tim, his wife and five children attend Olathe Bible Church. He also coaches youth basketball and baseball.

Todd has been responsible for over 1,500,000 sq/ft of construction in the Kansas City area. Over the years, he has developed an excellent reputation for his project management and business operations skills. His expertise in PreConstruction and project management, project forecasting and scheduling, estimation and budget proposals has made Todd a key member of the Harmon team, as well as a resource our clients have come to trust and respect.

Todd holds his degree in Construction Engineering from Pittsburg State University. Todd is married and has two children; he enjoys playing softball, basketball and golf. As an avid sportsman, he also enjoys hunting and fishing.

With over 15 years of construction experience, Tony has worked on a wide scope of projects. From managing a team in building a $500 MIL retirement community to his work on multiple healthcare projects, Tony is recognized for his work ethic and capabilities. He also has experience with estimating, submittals, correspondence and financials.

Tony holds his Bachelor of Science Degree in Technology and studied Construction Management at Pittsburg State University, where he is also actively involved with the Alumni Board, Alumni Construction Program and Alumni Golf Fundraiser. Tony actively engages in numerous community recreational sports.

Teresa has been with Harmon Construction, Inc. since 2003 bringing with her over 18 years of experience in accounting and software management gained in the real estate industry. Her primary goal has been to provide Harmon with timely and accurate financial reporting. She has implemented the use of software modules including accounting and project management and has saved Harmon time by using an integrated data entry system.

Teresa holds her BSBA in Accounting from the University of Central Missouri. She has been an Ambassador for the Shawnee Chamber of Commerce since 2004 and has served on various committees. Teresa is an avid bowler and is married with two sons.

With advertising agency and in-house design experience, Christina is well-versed in marketing strategies and concepts and joined the Harmon team in 2010. Christina manages all aspects of marketing including trade shows and conferences, social networking and digital media, website, email campaigns, print materials and more.

Christina currently serves as a member of the Overland Park Chamber Diplomat Committee and the Olathe Chamber Chairman's Liaison Committee.

Christina holds two Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Graphic Design and Studio Art from McPherson College. She and her husband attend Olathe Bible Church where they actively participate as worship leaders.

Rex has worked directly with Harmon as the owner’s lead for 2 recent projects – together totaling over $6 million. Both projects were executed design-build and met or exceeded all metrics. Rex recently retired as Administrator at Trinity Lutheran Church where he was responsible for all business activities of the church, including property, personnel, finance, and benefits. Prior to his work at Trinity, Rex was employed for 32 years by Proctor & Gamble Manufacturing Co, where he led teams in production, process optimization, process development, finance, project management and construction management.

Rex graduated from Kansas State University with degrees in Chemical Engineering and Business Administration. Rex and his wife Gloria live in Lenexa, KS and have 4 grown children and 5 grandchildren. Rex volunteers his time through his church, fraternity alumni board, financial counseling, and other nonprofit agencies. Rex enjoys bicycling and antique cars in his spare time.

Kirk J. Porteous, Vice President Managing Partner for Drive Technology Management, has over 12 years experience as a telecom executive and almost 22 years of total telecom industry experience. Overall, Kirk brings 23 years of business management, marketing, strategic planning and client service background to Drive.

Prior to joining Drive Technology Management, Kirk served as Vice President, Client Services in a boutique business operations and strategy consulting firm, was the Director of Product Development for three years at EMBARQ Corporation and served in various executive and management roles for Sprint Corporation including a role as Interim Vice President, Corporate Strategy. Kirk began his career at United Telephone Company of Indiana in 1987 as part of a management training program.

Kirk received a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University in Radio and Television, and a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Kirk has served on the Board of Directors for Whitefield Academy, a Classical Christian School in Kansas City, MO, and currently serves as Chairman. Kirk and his family are members of Shawnee Bible Church where Kirk has served as Chairman of the Deacon Board and currently teaches Junior High Sunday School.

Warren Pray began his Edward Jones career in 1992, opening the firm's first office in Shawnee, KS. He continues to serve that community today.

In 1997, Pray became a Limited Partner with the firm and in 2003 was named Regional Leader working with more than 50 Financial Advisors in northeast Missouri including Kansas City North. Prior to becoming a Regional Leader, Pray served the firm as a mentor, mentor-trainer and recruiting leader. He has personally recruited more than 40 financial advisors to the firm. He was named General Principal in 2006.

Prior to coming to Edward Jones, Pray was Director of Communications and Public Relations at the National 4-H Council, Chevy Chase, MD, following his 13 years as an Assistant Professor at Kansas State University. Originally from Junction City, KS, Pray received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and his master's degree from Kansas State University.

Throughout his professional and personal life, Pray has served in various leadership and board responsibilities. Some of which are The Shawnee Area Chamber of Commerce, Shawnee Rotary Club, Shawnee Board of Zoning Appeals, Providence Hospital Board Audit Committee, the United Way, Manhattan Country Club and the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity.
